1. Service Description

We offer web consulting services, including but not limited to 1:1 strategic sessions, audits, and recommendations. All services are offered by Denis Pavlovic under CodePixelfy, LLC.

2. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed through Stripe in USD.

Current offer: $5,000 USD for 10 private 1:1 consulting sessions
Price may increase in the future (e.g. $10,000 for full public rate)
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
You agree to provide accurate billing information

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are not guaranteed. If you miss a session, we'll try to reschedule — but multiple no-shows may lead to forfeited sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the sessions (templates, strategies, etc.) are for personal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide strategic recommendations. Implementation is your responsibility. We are not liable for business outcomes, financial results, or website performance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
