Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") govern your access to and use of the services provided by CodePixelfy DOO, a company registered in Serbia with VAT number 114145118 ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or entering into any agreements with us, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

CodePixelfy DOO is a registered business located in Serbia. Our VAT number is 114145118. All services are provided in compliance with Serbian law, and these Terms shall be interpreted accordingly.

2. Scope of Services

We specialize in providing professional consulting services, including but not limited to business strategy, web development, and digital transformation consulting. Specific service details and deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.

3. Engagement and Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Ensure your activities, data, and materials comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of third parties.
• Cooperate fully during the engagement to facilitate successful outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in our proposals or invoices. Payments are subject to applicable VAT as per Serbian law. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the services, including but not limited to frameworks, methodologies, reports, and deliverables created by CodePixelfy DOO, remain our exclusive property unless explicitly transferred in writing. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for the agreed purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodePixelfy DOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Amendments to Terms

CodePixelfy DOO reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Serbia.
